If you've ever tried to find a rental in the Philippines, you know the drill: scroll through dozens of Facebook groups, sift through posts selling phones and offering cleaning services, and hope you don't miss the one good listing buried between memes and spam.

RentScout PH was built to fix that. We automatically scan hundreds of Facebook rental groups across Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and other cities. Every post is parsed, organized, and made searchable — so you can filter by city, budget, property type, and bedrooms instead of endlessly scrolling.

How it works

• We monitor active Facebook rental groups 24/7 and pull in new posts automatically.
• Each post is analyzed to extract the price, location, property type, photos, and contact info.
• Duplicate and spam posts are filtered out so you only see real listings.
• You can search, filter, and browse — then click through to the original Facebook post to contact the landlord directly.

What we are not

RentScout is not a broker or a property management company. We don't collect payments, arrange viewings, or guarantee any listings. We're a search tool that aggregates publicly available posts from Facebook groups. Always verify listings directly with the poster before making any commitments.
