RentScout PH was built to fix that. We automatically scan hundreds of Facebook rental groups across Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and other cities, and verified agents and brokers list properties directly on the platform. Every listing is parsed, organized, and made searchable - so you can filter by city, budget, property type, and bedrooms instead of endlessly scrolling.
How it works
- We monitor active Facebook rental groups 24/7 and pull in new posts automatically.
- Verified agents and brokers list properties directly, complete with their contact details and professional profiles.
- Each listing is analyzed to extract the price, location, property type, and photos. Duplicates and spam are filtered out.
- You can search, filter, and browse - then message agents through the platform or click through to the original Facebook post.

What we are not
RentScout is not a property management company. We don't collect rent payments, arrange viewings, or guarantee any listings. While we connect renters with agents and aggregate publicly available posts from Facebook groups, all transactions happen directly between you and the landlord or agent.
